Return Policy

At DAISHE, we take pride in delivering high-quality units that are carefully prepared and inspected before they reach you. Because our products are considered personal and intimate items, we have specific guidelines around returns and exchanges. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wigs, frontals, or bundles that have been:

    • Worn, cut, dyed, styled, washed, or altered in any way.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original DAISHE packaging with the DAISHE tag still attached.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and details.

  • Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Store credit may be offered at our discretion if the product meets return eligibility.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at bydaishe@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide next steps.

  3. If approved, items must be shipped back within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty/incorrect.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your item.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
